Shipping Policy

Delivery Time-Frame:

1) Currently delivery of farm fresh fruits & vegetables will be restricted to within Mumbai city only.

2) Delivery of orders will be done within 72 hours from placing the order.

3) In a very rare case, delivery are delayed due to various reasons unforeseen for example, natural calamities, lockouts, bandhs, octroi and/or any other unforeseen problems. We would try through the best of means available to ensure safe arrival of your products; we request your patience on the same.

4) In case of deliveries out of Mumbai via 3rd party logistics company, Alpine Foods shall not be liable for any delay, loss in transit or damage to goods done. Though Alpine Foods shall do its very best to avoid such damage or delay from taking place.

Octroi and local taxes Payments:

All octroi /local taxes payments (if any) will have to be borne by you (wherever applicable) and will have to paid in “CASH” on delivery against the octroi challan issued by our delivery person / courier partner.

Breakage / Damaged goods:

In case the products ordered to you have arrived to you in a damaged/broken state (Mumbai city only), then kindly send us the picture of the same via email to shreenath@shreenathagro.com or whatsapp on 9209106969 within 24 hours of receipt of same. We shall arrange to resend the broken / damaged items at the earliest or process refund within 7 working days.
